The steps of fermenting sheep dung

1.Mixing evenly the starter
Add 1 bag (200g) of bio-organic fertilizer starter to 1 ton of sheep dung, and add 5-10 kg of rice bran or corn and bran to each bag of starter. Stir it evenly and sprinkle it into the prepared sheep dung for better effect.
2.Adjusting the C/N
The C/N of fermented sheep manure should be maintained at 25-30:1, and the pH should be adjusted to 6-8 (ph). Because the C/N of sheep manure is high, some straw, and mushroom residue should be added to adjust C/N during fermentation.
3.Adjusting the moisture of sheep dung
In the process of fermenting organic fertilizers, whether the moisture content is very important. It should not be too high or too low. It should be kept at 50%-60%. Judgment method: hold a handful of the material tightly, you can see the watermark between your fingers, but the water does not drip. And it can be dispersed on the ground.

4.Building a pile of sheep dung
When making a sheep dung pile, it cannot be made too small or too short. Too small will affect the fermentation. Generally, the height is about 1.5 meters, the width is about 3 meters, and the length is more than 50-80 meters. The fermentation effect is better.
5.Mixing well and ventilating
Sheep manure organic fertilizer biological starter is an oxygen-consuming microorganism, so in the fermentation process, oxygen supply measures should be increased. And it is advisable to mix well and turn frequently. Otherwise it will affect the fermentation effect of the material due to anaerobic fermentation.
Generally, the temperature of sheep dung piles will rise to 50℃~60℃ after 48 hours, and it can reach above 65℃ on the third day. It should overturn once at this high temperature. Under normal circumstances, there will be 2~3 times during the fermentation process at a high temperature above 65℃, the fermentation can be completed by overturning for 2 to 3 times. And the fermentation can be completed by fermentation equipment in about a week. The material can be deodorized, fermented and sterilized.
If the fermented materials needs to be granulated, you can choose a disc granulator or a rotary drum for granulation. And then after drying, cooling, coating and packaging, the granular fertilizer can be sold. Welcome to contact us for details.
