The hydraulic double-wheel turner is a new fermentation equipment launched by our company. It is suitable for large-span, high-depth fermentation of livestock and poultry manure such as pigs, cattle, sheep and chickens, sludge, pond mud, sugar factory filter mud, dross cake and so on. The machine is mainly composed of double wheels, walking track, power supply device, and moving device. The connecting parts of the girder structure are all 8.8-grade high-strength bolts, and the control cabinet is equipped with a remote control handle. It has the advantages of high output, low energy consumption, stable operation, low failure rate and fast fertilizer production, which is widely used in the fermentation and decomposing of organic fertilizer plants, compound fertilizer plants, sludge waste plants, gardening farms, and agaricus bisporus planting plants.

Working principle

Using this compost turner can fully perform its mixing function. Adding some adjuvant is necessary to meet the raw material’s requirement of water content & ph value, this machine can help stir and mix them thoroughly. It can also improve the permeablity of the materials, and make the materials fluffy and elastic. At the same time, it absorbs large quantity of air and raises the temperature of fertilizer heap. If the temperature is over high, it can lower the temperature by reabsorbing fresh air, thus forming alternate state of medium-high temperature, which is beneficial to growth and reproduction of microbial flora.
